Halloween & Thanksgiving are over, but Christmas is almost here. Is everybody ready? I love Christmas time, the decorations, music, special TV shows, SANTA CLAUS!!, watching the kids open their presents. I could listen to Christmas music all year long. I guess I'm a big kid at heart.

Christmas cards were made with the Frosted paper pack using the Christmas Village, Classy Dolly, Yuletide Greetings & Polar Bear Holiday stamp sets. The Workshops on the Go Frosted Cardmaking Kit was also used. These will all be going away soon, so order now. Also, check out the Close to my Heart Holiday catalog, a lot of great products. Thanksgiving cards using the Huntington paper pack and Count your Blessings & Perfect Fit-Thanksgiving acrylix stamp sets. The Cricut Artiste Cartridge was also used for the turkey & circular decoration in the third card. Paper pack & stamp sets will be going away soon, so if you want them order soon.

Close to My Heart Convention
HELLO EVERYONE
I'm back from the Close to My Heart Convention with lots of new products and ideas.
First of all we had lots of fun going to creative sessions learning hands on about new products. One day we had an Extravaganza in the exhibit hall where artistic instruction and cutting-edge crafting techniques from cream-of-the crop creative consultants.
Some of the girls started their morning off doing Zumba where some of us just slept in.
Mickey and Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Goofy were available for photo shoots which we all took advantage of. Other Disney characters were there to entertain us during the Thursday morning opening session. That was two hours of fun and games. They entertained us during the Awards Banquet and also the Closing Session on Saturday.
Next year's convention will be at Disney Land in California. Hope to see you there.
Close to My Heart has now taken their company to Australia and New Zealand, welcome aboard.

June is here. Father's Day is June 16th, and Summer begins June 21st. Time for swimming , camping, and Summer vacations, so let's hit the beach.
This month is Close to My Heart's annual convention. This year it is at the Coronado Springs Resort at Disney World, Orlando, FL. June 27th - 29th. I will be going, so I will be getting all of the new ideas & innovations. It's going to be fun and exciting.

The Scrapbook Expo was this past weekend at the Gaylord Hotel in Orlando, FL. I went with some friends and we had alot of fun. There are alot of new items and techniques. One of the newest items just out a short time is Washi tape. You can use it on your scrapbook pages or cards or whatever your craft for embellishing it. It comes in all kinds of colors and patterns. We did a Make and Take of a little Disney photo album at one of the booths for $5.00. Alot of vendors were doing Make and Takes and demonstrations of new products. We finished up the day with alot of good bargains and memories. Already looking forward to next year.
